It’s in Sweden, what they call “pilsnerbil” (beer car).. basically it’s a car they use purely for partying, so they just have the car looking as shitty as possible... part of the Swedish raggar culture ( Think rednecks drinking cheap beer, talking smack about immigrants and wearing 50’s/60’s rockabilly clothes.)
